RN Home Care Assessment Nurse
BrightStar Care of W. Pay: $45.00 per hour

Flexible PRN or Part-Time

BrightStar Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home client assessments, reassessments, and supervisory visits throughout the Las Vegas Valley.

This position is ideal for an RN who enjoys working independently, building relationships with clients, and maintaining a flexible schedule without being tied to a hospital or facility.

Rather than providing extended bedside care, you'll focus on evaluating clients, developing and updating care plans, supporting caregivers through supervisory visits, and helping ensure the highest standards of clinical care.

As an RN Home Care Assessment Nurse, you will travel to clients' homes to complete:

Initial Start of Care assessments (completed within 24 hours of admission)

Care plan updates

Supervisory visits for caregivers and skilled nurses

Daily travel throughout the Las Vegas Valley is required.

Complete Start of Care assessments within 24 hours of admission

Develop and update individualized plans of care

Perform supervisory visits for caregivers and licensed nurses

Provide clinical guidance and education to field staff

Ensure compliance with physician orders and care plans

Maintain BrightStar Care and Joint Commission standards

Communicate client updates with the clinical office team

Collaborate with caregivers, nurses, physicians, and client families as needed

This position requires travel throughout:

Surrounding communities

Active Nevada Registered Nurse (RN) License

Minimum two (2) years of nursing experience (home care experience preferred)

Valid Nevada driver's license and current auto insurance
