Pay Rate: $25/hr
Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

As a Phlebotomist, you play a critical role in delivering accurate diagnostic testing and exceptional patient care. This position requires strong pediatric phlebotomy experience and a commitment to providing a positive experience for patients of all ages while ensuring the highest standards of specimen collection and processing.
What You'll Do

Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric blood collections with skill and accuracy
Collect, label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures
Verify patient demographic information and obtain required patient acknowledgements to ensure specimen integrity
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards
Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties
Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming and professional experience for patients
Travel to multiple Patient Service Center and/or physician office locations as needed
Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment
Effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting while working independently
What We're Looking For

• A current, up-to-date resume
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• Strong pediatric phlebotomy experience required
• Two years of Patient Service Center experience preferred
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
• Phlebotomy certification preferred
• Strong customer service experience in a retail, healthcare, or service environment highly preferred
• Keyboarding and data entry experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record, if applicable
• Flexibility to support staffing needs, including overtime, weekends, holidays, and on-call coverage as needed
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
