Phlebotomist - Laboratory Clinics - Part Time

Position Overview Job Title: Phlebotomist - Part Time
Location: Family Medical Clinic, Castle Rock, CO 80104
Schedule: Part Time - 20 Hours Per Week; Monday - Friday 8:00am - 12:00pm; Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
Perform data entry of patient information accurately and in a timely manner.
Process billing information and collect payments when required.
Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
Provide superior customer service to all patients.
Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
Travel to additional sites when needed.
Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications Phlebotomy certification or completed training program.
Three months or more experience as a Phlebotomist.
Additional Job Standards Certification or training must come from an accredited agency.
Flexibility to work overtime as needed.Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
Comfortable working under minimal supervision.
Incentive Program Phlebotomists may be eligible for participation in the Phlebotomy Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
Benefits Employees scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
Pay Range $21.73 to $28.49 per hour.
