The Goddard School is seeking floating assistant teachers in our infant/toddler program (3 months-2 years old) at our Murray Hill location. We are specifically looking for teachers who are available Monday-Friday for a 9:00am - 6:00pm schedule and able to start before 2027.

This brand new, state-of-the-art preschool facility has; 13 classrooms
All classrooms equipped with phones, Apple iPad's & Bluetooth speakers

As an Employee, you will receive the following Benefits: Twenty-Seven (27) paid personal days (Yes 27!!!) per year as follows:
Ten (10) paid personal days per calendar year
Five (5) paid personal days between Christmas and New Year's Day when the school is closed
Seven (7) paid holidays per calendar year.
Five (5) sick days per year (available to all employees, accrual starts with no waiting period)
Up to 100% tuition reimbursement subject to performance and commitment to work for a specified period.

Qualifications: An assistant teacher must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with previous childcare experience. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred, ideally in the area of Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Teacher Responsibilities Working alongside the classroom teachers to implement planned activities
Establishing and maintaining a safe, healthy and nurturing learning environment
Supporting each child's social and emotional development
Establishing positive and effective family relations and communication
Maintaining routine and structure in the classroom
