As a Senior Tax Accountant, you will lead the preparation and review of complex business and individual tax returns, manage a large client portfolio of 250–300+ tax clients, and provide ongoing tax planning and advisory support. You will also mentor junior staff, ensure high-quality deliverables, and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients.

Prepare and review individual, business, and other entity tax returns.
Manage a large portfolio of 250–300+ business and individual tax clients, including tax planning and advice.
Perform tax research and stay current on changes in tax laws.
Support clients with tax planning and general advisory throughout the year.
Identify and communicate potential tax issues or planning opportunities.
Assist with training or guiding junior staff, as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

• CPA license or EA designation required (or currently pursuing EA license).
• 3–5+ years of recent tax experience in public accounting. - Proficiency with tax preparation software and Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and QuickBooks Desktop (QBD); ability to troubleshoot and resolve accounting issues is required.
