Establish strong relationships with customers and manage all post‑sale activities for assigned projects.

Read and interpret contract drawings, engineering documents, and production orders.

Maintain the highest standards of service through professional, informative, and responsive communication (written and verbal) with internal and external customers.

Facilitate effective communication between external customers, the project team, and internal departments.

Coordinate internal resources and external vendors for successful project execution.

Hold a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel as required.

Demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field of study; 2+ years of project management, customer service, or sales experience.

Project Management certification.
