Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry for a 13-week travel assignment in San Antonio, TX. Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Telemetry

Ensure timely administration of patient medications and therapies
Monitor and interpret patient vital signs and telemetry readings
Coordinate with medical teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Document all patient interactions and interventions using Meditech
Provide necessary care during emergencies, including TEE and cardioversion

Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Telemetry

Active Texas RN License (Temporary Licenses not accepted)
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
Minimum 2 years of Telemetry unit experience
At least 2 years of travel nursing experience
Experience with Meditech preferred
