Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Responsibilities

Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products and construct promotional displays.

Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.

Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained per Mondelēz guidelines.

Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’ management team.

Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in-store service.

Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.

Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

Qualifications

At least 18 years of age and a valid driver’s license issued by the state where you reside.

Positive, professional, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.

Valid insurance coverage for personal vehicle used for travel; mileage reimbursed.

Ability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally pushing/pulling over 50 lbs.

Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.

Live within 25 miles of the primary location in Strongsville, OH (secondary locations in Medina, OH).

Availability Monday through Saturday (flexible on weekdays) with start time 6:00 a.m.‑8:00 a.m.

Salary and Benefits

Hourly compensation ranges from $15.00 to $17.00 based on experience.
