BCBA - Full Time - Telehealth/Remote

About Us: Developmental Pathways is dedicated to providing high-quality autism services and improving the lives of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We are looking for passionate, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team. Full-time and part-time opportunities with a create your own schedule option! As a BCBA, you will work directly with individuals on the autism spectrum, conducting assessments and creating individualized behavior intervention plans. You’ll collaborate with a team of Behavior Therapists to provide high-quality care and ensure client progress. We are looking for professionals who are committed to improving the quality of life for those with autism through evidence-based strategies.

Provide supervision to Program Managers, Behavior Therapists (RBTs, BTs), and BCBA candidates, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Supervise staff and provide ongoing supervision hours and continuing education (CEUs).

Meet with clients remotely or through telehealth as needed for assessments, meetings, and training.

Ensure compliance with insurance expectations and maintain data collection and analysis.

Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.

Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are highly preferred.

Full-time: $80,000 - $88,000/year (based on experience and availability)

Part-time: $45 - $48/hr.

Expected full-time hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (create your schedule between these hours)

Location: Serving clients in Orange County, San Fernando Valley, and South Los Angeles, California
