Defense Associate Attorney

Sessions, Israel & Shartle, LLC is seeking Associate Attorneys to join our nationally recognized Consumer Defense practice.
With 11 offices nationwide and attorneys licensed across multiple jurisdictions, we represent financial services clients in complex litigation, regulatory matters, and advisory work . This role is ideal for attorneys who want early responsibility, direct client interaction, and long‑term growth within a structured defense practice.

What our consumer defense attorneys do :
Defend consumer law cases in federal and state courts throughout the United States, with a special focus on handling class actions.
Responsible for all stages of litigation, from initial information gathering, analyzing case law, completing discovery (including depositions), and handling hearings and trials.
Work with senior attorneys and partners to develop action plans and strategies.
Coordinate with local counsel.
Manage cases with insurance risk managers.

JD Degree from an ABA-approved law school.
One of the following: top 1/2 of law school class, law review, and/or moot court.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
Excellent research, writing, and communications skills.
