Job Function
The Senior Attorney, RE & Construction Litigation Attorney handles RPAPL 881 from start to finish, including filing and litigation, and oversees associates.
Job Requirement
Key Requirements:
~6-12+ years of litigation experience, with 3-6+ years managing diverse commercial construction & real estate litigation cases from beginning to end; RPAPL 881 / adjoining property access litigation experience required.
NY J.D.
Substantial experience appearing in NY courts, preferably including Supreme Court.
Must be a litigator, able to analyze and research complex legal matters, perform discovery, prepare appropriate legal documents, and handle client cases from beginning to end.
Strong contract law experience.
Strong experience with client relations.
Excellent research experience and ability.
Compensation
$275,000-$350,000
