The Finished Product Packer is responsible for operating and monitoring both manual and automated production equipment in a manufacturing environment. This role supports production efficiency, product quality, and workplace safety while working under the direct supervision of the Production Supervisor.

Follow all safety procedures, plant rules, and promptly report near misses or unsafe conditions.
Monitor equipment performance and report any issues or deficiencies.
bags, handling up to 600 bags per 12-hour shift.
Assist with related production processes, including presses, bag filters, and material refeed systems.
Clean equipment during process changes and between production batches.
Support Production Supervisor and other operators (Dry and Wet End) as needed.
Collect product samples throughout the production process and ensure proper identification.
Complete required documentation and production records with accuracy.
Frequent lifting (34–66% of the workday), up to 55 lbs. Constant standing (66–100% of the workday)
Frequent overhead reaching (34–66% of the workday)
Continuous use of upper extremities (67–100% of the workday)
Ability to safely operate forklifts
Comfortable working on grated flooring at heights of up to three stories
Mechanical aptitude is an asset
