We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Line Cook to join the kitchen team at our vibrant, high-volume daytime dining locations. If you excel in a fast-paced culinary environment and enjoy crafting exceptional breakfast and lunch classics, ranging from specialty omelets and gourmet sandwiches to signature griddle items, this position offers a dynamic space to showcase your skills.

What You'll Do:

Manage, stock, and organize your designated line station efficiently to ensure seamless execution throughout the breakfast and lunch rushes.
Prepare, cook, and plate a diverse daytime menu according to established recipes, portion controls, and presentation guidelines.
Communicate clearly with team members on the line and front-of-house staff to guarantee smooth service and precise ticket times.
Maintain a clean, sanitized, and compliant workspace, strictly adhering to all local health department codes and food handling protocols.
Monitor product freshness, practice proper rotation (FIFO), and minimize waste through careful prep management.
What You Bring:

• 1-2 years of experience operating on a fast-paced culinary line or prep station. Previous familiarity with high-volume breakfast and lunch service is highly valued.
• Proficient knife handling and a strong grasp of core cooking techniques, including flat-top grill, sauté, and fryer operation.
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working early morning shifts.
• A collaborative team player who maintains composure under pressure and possesses a strong eye for plate consistency and quality.
• Understanding of safe food handling practices and kitchen cleanliness.
