Sage Group Healthcare is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Job Description & Requirements
- Specialty: Physical Therapist
- Discipline: Therapy
- Duration: 16 weeks
- 30 hours per week
- Shift: 6 hours, days
- Employment Type: Travel
Currently licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice
- Two years of clinical experience preferred; home health experience a plus but not required
- Ability to exercise sound clinical judgment and work independently in varied patient care settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with sensitivity to diverse backgrounds
- Basic computer proficiency; willingness to learn EMR systems and OASIS documentation
- Current CPR certification
- Commitment to compliance with Medicare/Medicaid Conditions of Participation, state regulations, and agency policies
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance for home visit
Sage Group Healthcare Job ID #SGHC20. Pay package is based on 6 hour shifts and 30.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
