Physical Therapist Outpatient Rehabilitation - Schedule: Full-time | Direct Hire | Day Shift - On-site

Our client, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join its outpatient rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who enjoys building lasting patient relationships and guiding individuals through every stage of their recovery.
Working in a collaborative outpatient setting, you'll treat a diverse patient population while contributing to high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation services in a supportive clinical environment.
Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, modalities, and functional training.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate to achieve rehabilitation goals.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
Current Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
Previous outpatient physical therapy experience preferred.
Ability to provide compassionate care for patients with orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions.
Collaborative and supportive rehabilitation team.
