Retail Sales Processor

Stateside Brands is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Point of Sale (POS) Coordinator to support the execution and management of POS marketing materials and programs. This role will work closely with the POS Manager and Brand Team to ensure seamless coordination of materials, vendor relationships, and program execution in the field. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and experienced in retail merchandising or shopper marketing within a fast-paced beverage/CPG environment.

Support the procurement and ordering process for POS materials, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Coordinate with fulfillment vendors & customers to track production timelines, shipments, and delivery of POS materials.

Assist in maintaining strong vendor and agency relationships to ensure quality and reliability.

Manage and track partnership-related POS assets, ensuring compliance with licensing and approval processes.

Support submission processes for partnership approvals (e.g., Monitor communication between finance & sales to support on billing inquiries and discrepancies

Partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and external partners to support POS program execution at retail.

Assist with organizing and maintaining POS assets, files, and internal documentation.

Support field teams by coordinating POS needs, retail merchandising materials, and distribution.

Help analyze program performance and compile reports on POS and shopper marketing effectiveness.

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

• 1+ years of experience in marketing, operations, retail merchandising, or shopper marketing (CPG or beverage industry preferred).
• Experience working with partnership or licensing agencies (e.g., Understanding of partnership approval workflows, including review and approval processes for branded merchandise and POS materials.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
