Head of Programme Management

About The Role This role is for an experienced Technical Program Manager to drive operational excellence within our Engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving complex engineering SaaS product releases, aligning dependencies between global engineering teams, improving operational processes and quality, and coordinating changes from Discovery to Adoption.

Strategic Program Management:

• Lead and manage complex projects and programs that align with organizational goals and priorities.
• Proactively manage change in product priorities and ability to adapt to the rapid business and organizational changes that accompany a high-growth environment

Oversee the development and implementation of best practices for dependency management, capacity planning, and agile delivery.

• Develop and execute strategies for engineering efficiency, reliability, and quality.

Work closely with design, product management, and software engineering teams to ensure releases are successful and meet approval from teams such as legal, infosec, and SRE Ops.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in technical program management, preferably within a cloud infrastructure context.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with infrastructure as code, automation, and modern DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies (Scrum)
