• As a Porter / Groundskeeper, you play a key role in maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the community. You'll ensure the grounds, common areas, and amenities are clean, safe, and well-presented while supporting the maintenance team with day-to-day operations.

This role is hands-on and fast-paced, combining physical work, attention to detail, and teamwork to create a community residents are proud to call home.
Maintain dumpster areas and support periodic power washing
Clean and maintain pool areas, furniture, and surrounding spaces
Support upkeep of shared outdoor areas and equipment

~ Unit Turns & Maintenance Support

Assist with trash-outs and preparation of vacant units
Deliver notices, newsletters, and communications to residents
Assist with special projects as needed

~ Resident Experience

Provide courteous and professional interactions with residents
Promote a positive and welcoming community environment
Team Support & Operations

Contributes to a positive resident experience

Good communication and customer service skills
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to operate basic tools and cleaning equipment
