Our team comprises experienced professionals, including two physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant, dedicated to providing exceptional service and patient outcomes.Work EnvironmentThis position is onsite at our outpatient therapy office in Palm Bay, offering a collaborative workspace where therapists and patients can interact directly. The office is equipped with state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment and resources, creating an optimal setting for delivering high-quality care. Manage and oversee a caseload of patients, ensuring to maintain the standard of one patient consultation per hour.Develop and implement comprehensive care plans utilizing various treatment modalities to promote effective rehabilitation.Deliver hands-on treatment while incorporating manual therapy techniques to enhance mobility and manage pain.Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care services and treatment interventions.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.Liase with other healthcare professionals and providers to support patient needs and ensure continuity of care.Encourage lifestyle changes that promote health, strength, flexibility, balance, and functional independence.Patient Population / Client FocusAt Serenity Motion Therapy, our patient population is primarily comprised of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions affecting their physical mobility. Our therapists emphasize patient education and engagement throughout their rehabilitation journey to prevent future injuries.QualificationsA Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.Must possess a valid Florida state license issued for practicing as a Physical Therapist.Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and hands-on treatment.Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Software, particularly WebPT, is highly desirable.Experience in utilizing various rehabilitation modalities and techniques to treat musculoskeletal conditions.Compensation and BenefitsThis full-time physical therapist position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
