Clark Regional Medical Center located in Winchester, a 20 minute drive from Lexington, KY is searching for a PRN pharmacist.

Provides drug information and education to medical staff, healthcare professionals, and patients, and pharmacy students.
Documents interventions and their outcomes for use in drug therapy quality improvement efforts.
Evaluates medication orders for accuracy and completeness prior to order entry. Maintains adequate knowledge of pharmacy automated systems and computer software.
Ability to manage patients in an outpatient anticoagulation clinic, including operation of Point-of-Care testing, evaluation of results, dosing and scheduling.
Minimum Education Graduate from school of pharmacy or active license to serve as proof of education- Required Doctor of Pharmacy - Preferred At least 1 year hospital pharmacy experience or completion of PGY1 residency -Preferred
Required Skills Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Kentucky Board of Pharmacy in good standing
