Training Specialist

has deep roots in plasma collection, with our history starting over 25 years ago in Beaumont, Texas. Building on this legacy, we have opened two plasma collection centers in Houston and San Antonio. S. provider, we are FDA licensed and certified by PPTA and CLIA, utilizing advanced automated technology. As a Training Specialist, you will be the driving force behind the growth and excellence of our team. Reporting directly to the Center Manager and collaborating closely with the Assistant Center Manager, you will lead the training and development of our staff, ensuring every team member is fully equipped to succeed. This role demands exceptional organizational skills and a deeply collaborative spirit, working alongside all staff to ensure training is completed accurately, efficiently, and on time. High school diploma or GED required.
