Ampersand Therapy is hiring an Early Childhood Special Education Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year in the Burnsville, MN area. We're seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.

Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses

Mileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonuses

Mentorship and ongoing support from school-based professionals

Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams

Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education or Related Field

Active Minnesota Early Childhood Special Education Teacher license through PELSB
