Senior HR Generalist, Employee Relations and Recruitment

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with strong HRIS expertise to support daily HR operations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing employee relations; 4-6 years of HR Generalist experience
Hands‑on experience with HRIS
Experience conducting employee training and onboarding
Flexible, adaptable, and a collaborative team player
Manage employee relations and HR compliance
Heavy Employee Relations
Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee training
Maintain employee records and HRIS data in Paycom
