Job Title: HR Manager/Sr. HR Generalist

Job Type: Direct Hire
Seeking a hands-on HR professional to manage day-to-day HR operations and support employees and leadership across a manufacturing environment.
Manage recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, compensation, and performance management.
Handle confidential employee matters with professionalism and discretion.
Develop and improve HR processes, policies, documentation, and training programs.
Support compensation benchmarking, workforce planning, and HR reporting.
Maintain accurate HRIS/ERP records and improve HR data processes.
Support workplace safety initiatives and OSHA-related training.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or related field; 5+ years of progressive HR experience.

• Strong experience across employee relations, recruiting, benefits, compensation, and performance management.
• Manufacturing, engineering, or industrial experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with production employees, managers, and executives.
• HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR is a plus.
• Hands-on, process-improvement mindset with strong judgment and discretion.
