Location: Florissant, MO 63031.
Duration: 13 Weeks contract (Possible Extension)
Shift: shifts will vary between 7am-3:30pm, 8am-4:30pm and (most often) 9am-5:30pm.
Job Description:
Performs non-blood and blood specimen collection, specimen handling/routine processing and clerical duties associated with specimen collection.
Perform phlebotomy, positive patient identification, and positive patient interaction, proper collection and specimen integrity.
Coordinates a simultaneous series of tasks accurately, including STAT orders and fluctuation in workload, prioritizing work to complete within scheduled hours and established.
Interacts with lab, clinical and other ancillary departments. Performs Other Responsibilities as Assigned
