Provide triage, stabilization and emergency care for small animal patients

• Manage ICU cases with advanced monitoring, ventilatory support and transfusion therapy as indicated
• Utilize on-site diagnostics, including radiography, ultrasound and advanced imaging when needed
• Perform and oversee common emergency procedures and anesthesia support for urgent cases
• Lead and direct credentialed technicians and support staff during shifts
