Role Description The Aesthetic Nurse will provide direct client care by performing non-surgical cosmetic procedures, assisting with consultations, and supporting treatment planning under appropriate clinical supervision. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client intake assessments, reviewing medical histories, preparing treatment rooms, administering or assisting with injectable and device-based treatments, and monitoring clients during and after procedures. The role also involves educating clients on pre- and post-treatment care, documenting treatments accurately in medical records, maintaining clinical supplies, and adhering to strict safety, infection control, and regulatory standards. This is a part-time, on-site role based at Harmony Aesthetics Center in Los Angeles, CA, requiring collaboration with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other clinical and administrative team members to ensure a high-quality client experience.

Active and unrestricted California Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license, with current BLS/CPR certification.

Experience in aesthetic or dermatologic procedures (e.g., injectables, laser treatments, skin rejuvenation) and a strong interest in cosmetic medicine.

Ability to perform thorough client assessments, obtain informed consent, and maintain accurate, confidential clinical documentation.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to educate clients, manage expectations, and provide compassionate, client-centered care.

Demonstrated commitment to infection control, safety protocols, HIPAA compliance, and ethical standards in clinical practice.

Willingness to learn new technologies and techniques, with ongoing participation in training and continuing education in aesthetics.

Prior experience in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or wellness clinic setting is preferred.
