Texas AirSystems is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Parts Warehouse Coordinator .

This role goes beyond traditional warehouse duties. The position is responsible for accurately managing shipping and receiving, inventory, and customer orders while providing excellent service to internal and external customers.

The ideal candidate takes ownership of their work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands that accuracy and attention to detail directly impact our customers and our business. Manage shipping, receiving, stocking, and inventory activities.

Accurately pull, verify, and stage orders for customer will-call, delivery, and shipment.

Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation and system transactions.

Load and unload customer orders and incoming deliveries.

Provide professional and friendly service to internal and external customers.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and showroom.

Use company computer systems to process orders and inventory transactions.

Communicate inventory, order, and shipment issues to appropriate team members.

Support coworkers and assist wherever needed to meet customer and business needs.

Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely.

Perform other duties as assigned and work overtime/weekends when required.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or related experience preferred.

Solid computer skills and ability to learn inventory and order-processing systems.

Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.

Ability to operate a forklift and maintain certification.
