Texas Land Firm is seeking an ambitious Associate Broker who wants to build a long-term career in commercial land brokerage.

We're not looking for someone who simply wants to service inbound leads. We're looking for an entrepreneur who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, creating opportunities, and becoming a trusted advisor to landowners, developers, builders, and investors.

We provide the tools, support, technology, and collaborative environment to help you succeed—but we won't hold your hand. Success in this role is driven by initiative, discipline, and consistency.

Responsibilities Prospect daily for listings and acquisition opportunities

Represent buyers and sellers in land transactions

Develop relationships with developers, builders, municipalities, and investors

Generate new business through networking and outreach

Manage transactions from listing through closing

Tour properties and conduct market research

Prepare pricing analyses and marketing strategies

Build your own book of business while contributing to the firm's growth

Qualifications Active Texas Real Estate Sales Agent License

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build a business

Self-motivated and accountable

Ability to manage multiple transactions and priorities

Commercial real estate experience preferred, but not required
