Our diagnostic solutions are used in routine and complex clinical testing, in hospitals, reference and research laboratories, and physician offices around the world. Execute supplier management plans to improve supplier and product performance.

Develop supplier material control plans as part of product qualification.

Act as the primary supplier quality representative for root cause and corrective action analysis regarding supplier-caused manufacturing issues.

Visit suppliers to resolve product performance concerns and recommend appropriate field actions to the product regulatory committee.

Degree with experience in engineering, science or quality field (Bachelor 5+ yrs; Experience in supplier qualification activities such as supplier selection, approval, material qualification, material control, and/or supplier development activities.

Expertise in investigating nonconforming materials to understand the root cause of failure and driving corrective actions internally and externally with suppliers.

Experience or involvement in supplier monitoring and improvement activities such as supplier performance reviews, process or quality system audits, supplier change notifications, and action plans.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements

Ability to travel - 10% travel, overnight, within territory or locations.

Internal or External quality system auditing.

Knowledge of GMP and ability to interpret engineering drawings.
