Recruiter Senior - Human Resources

Join BBH as a Senior Recruiter within Investor Services. In this role you will partner with business leaders to attract and select top talent, from associate to executive level, supporting a diverse and high‑performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities Develop recruiting plans and execute full life‑cycle sourcing, selection, and hiring processes.

Collaborate with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and Compensation teams to design offers and manage the employee lifecycle.

Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional branding.

Maintain accurate records in Workday and other ATS tools, generating reporting and metrics.

Support workforce planning, employee referrals, and system enhancements across Talent Acquisition.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

7+ years of recruiting experience in financial services (wealth, asset, or related infrastructure preferred).

Proven full life‑cycle recruiting and direct‑sourcing expertise, including advanced search techniques.

Proficiency with ATS (Workday preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other search platforms.

Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and quick adoption of new systems.

Boston $100k‑$150k base + bonus target; NYC/JC $110k‑$160k base + bonus target. Compensation includes discretionary bonuses and profit‑sharing.
