Create an Inviting Atmosphere and Provide Administrative Excellence
Are you ready to be the face of our facility, creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests? As a receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our external public and supporting our administrative needs. Exceptional Customer Service: Answer multiple line telephone, direct callers to the appropriate person or department, and take accurate messages.
Guiding Guests: Escort visitors, when necessary, provide information about our facility and services, and ensure compliance with rules.
Administrative Excellence: Assist in administrative tasks, maintain files, operate office machines, and order supplies as needed.
Escort visitors to resident rooms or other areas
Provide general information and directions about the facility
Perform various administrative support tasks
Proven working experience in a relevant field
Accounts payable experience
Customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor
Proficient in the English language
Opportunities for personal and professional growth
Evenings 4pm-8pm including every other weekend
