Human Resources Recruiter (Technology)

Hiring multiple Recruiters to source both tech and non-tech roles at a large tech company! Join our dynamic team as a Recruiter II, where you will be part of an experimental project aimed at creating an agile workforce. This role involves supporting various job families, including non-tech, hardware, data engineers, and software development engineers, by sourcing and delivering a high volume of candidates swiftly. The focus will be on the sourcing side rather than full life cycle recruiting.

Conduct candidate reach outs and phone screens.

Set up assessments and business phone screens.

3-5 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.

• Proficiency in recruiting, sourcing, and using ATS systems.
• Experience in technical sourcing and high-volume recruiting.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience in passive candidate recruiting and filling niche roles.

Experience in tech companies or Fortune 500 environments.

Open to candidates with corporate or agency recruitment experience.

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
