3-11 Nurse Supervisor

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced 3-11 Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Atlas Rehabilitation and Healthcare at Daughters of Miriam Campus. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the care and management of our patients in our skilled nursing facility. Provide leadership and guidance to our nursing staff during the 3-11 shift, ensuring that patient care is delivered in accordance with our facility's standards and policies

Conduct regular rounds to assess patient condition and identify any necessary adjustments to their care plan

Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary team members

Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the Charge Nurse or Director of Nursing

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care

Free transportation to and from Paterson, NJ at designated pick up and drop off locations

~ Sign-on Bonus: $4,000

Current Nurse license in the State of New Jersey
