Compensation: $21 to $23 per hour, based on experience, plus potential to earn renewal bonuses!
Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, from 7:00 a.m. Job Description: The Porter performs routine upkeep of the apartment community including buildings, amenities, and surrounding areas, ensuring a welcoming impression for residents, guests, and team members on-site. It is expected that assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner and will likely require operating tools and equipment in accordance with safety and operations standards.
Responsible for meticulous upkeep and trash removal of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and community common areas.
Assist in the cleaning and preparation of units including trash removal from vacant apartments.
Complete additional tasks or duties assigned by community leadership.
Computer Skills:
Beginner computer and Internet knowledge preferred.
Ability to use on-site resident management software preferred.
The team member will be required to work at a personal computer. Must possess the ability to detect auditory and/or visual alarms and be available to work extended/flexible hours and weekends as needed.

Attendance/Travel:
~ This position is a full-time position and may require the availability to work some nights, weekends, and occasional holidays. Regular attendance and active participation/planning at company functions and events is also required.
