Labor and Delivery Discipline: RN Start Date: 08/31/2026 Duration: 12 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel TRAVEL - RN LABOR DELIVERY Richmond, VA Start Time: 07:00 AM End Time: 07:00 PM Unit Information: Maternal Infant Unit Location: CJW Johnston Willis Address: 1401 Johnston Willis Drive, Richmond, VA 23235 Floor: 3rd Building: Atrium General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds – 24 Number of Staff – 71 Type of staff: Day Shift – labor nurse, nursery nurse, OB tech, secretary, leadership, educator Night Shift – labor nurse, nursery nurse, OB tech, secretary Patient Ratios – labor 1:1 (most of the time), post-partum 5-6:1, nursery 5-6:1 Type of equipment – Client fetal monitors EMR – Meditech, CPN Hiring Profile Must have: At least 2 years of labor experience Preferred or nice to have: 2 years of labor experience with a history working in an LDRP with high birth volumes List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Vaginal deliveries, C-sections, antepartum patients. Newborn and post-partum care REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: BLS, ACLS, NRP & AWHONN Fetal monitoring certification Dress Code: Navy blue scrubs/ MIU nurses have pink badges for infant security Weekends and On call: Every third weekend with 12 hours of call per 4 week schedule TB_RN ZRHC Talent Burst Job ID 26-20385.
