RN Clinical NurseThe RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team on a specialized Oncology Unit. Responsibilities include performing the nursing process, coordinating care, and ensuring individualized treatment plans that respect cultural diversity. The role involves partnering with patients and families, practicing evidence-based care, and maintaining compliance with professional standards and organizational policies.Key DutiesAssess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using critical thinking and evidence-based practices.Deliver relationship-based, culturally competent care tailored to patient populations.Collaborate with healthcare team members through effective communication and documentation.Support performance improvement initiatives, research, and shared governance activities.Qualifications & SkillsAssociate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.Current nursing license (RN), BLS certification, and any additional required certifications.direct patient care experience preferred.
