Conduct a mixture of routine and advanced laboratory examinations-including chemistry, hematology, and immunology-while adhering to established guidelines.
Evaluate test outcomes for precision, address discrepancies, and ensure laboratory instruments are consistently maintained and calibrated.
Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis when required.
Accurately document processes, mentor new team members, and ensure lab quality standards are maintained at all times.
Keep a tidy, safe working space while strictly following regulatory and accreditation standards.
Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health qualification, in addition to ASCP or AMT certification preparation.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be achieved within one year of employment commencement.
Strong communication abilities and interpersonal skills to foster effective collaborations with healthcare teams.
