You will influence market direction through thought leadership, drive technical wins via high-stakes validations, and foster a high-performing, inclusive engineering organization. Success in this role means aligning technical vision with business goals, cultivating strategic partnerships, and enabling Cisco’s leadership in AI and cloud-native networking.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.10+ years of progressive experience in sales engineering, solutions architecture, or technical leadership within networking, data center, cloud-native, or AI/ML infrastructure domains.Experience managing large, geographically dispersed Sales Engineering or Solutions Architecture teams.Experience building and maintaining trusted relationships with C-suite executives, industry analysts, and ecosystem partners.Preferred QualificationsAdvanced degree (MBA, Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline) preferred.Deep technical expertise in AI infrastructure, cloud-native technologies, and data center architectures.At Cisco, we’re revolutionizing how data and infrastructure connect and protect organizations in the AI era - and beyond. S. and/or Canada:The starting salary range posted for this position is $298,800.00 to $377,500.00 and reflects the projected salary range for new hires in this position in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including incentive compensation*, equity, or benefits.Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location, market conditions, job-related skillset, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, and/or training.
