Inpatient Psychiatric Hospital (Behavioral Health RN role)
Contract Duration: 13 weeks (Travel Contract)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week (5 shifts per week, 8-hour evening shifts)
Shifts: 2nd and 3rd shifts; Position Type: On-site Travel RN assignment
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Massachusetts required at time of submission
Minimum 1 year of inpatient psychiatric nursing experience required (Psychiatric RN / Behavioral Health RN)
Willingness to float to similar or lower-acuity units as needed
Ability to take charge/charge nurse responsibilities as needed
Provide direct and indirect nursing care to adults and/or adolescents in an inpatient psychiatric setting
Maintain a safe, therapeutic, trauma-informed recovery environment grounded in best practices for behavioral health
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to develop, implement, and document individualized treatment plans
Apply clinical judgment, critical thinking, and behavioral health expertise to patient care
Document care accurately using electronic medical records (EMR)
Demonstrate crisis management, time management, delegation, coaching, and team-building skills
Work required weekends and holidays on rotation
