What You Will Do:
Create and revise engineering drawings in Creo, release engineering change notices, engage with various other engineering and technical disciplines, familiarity with GD&T (ASME Y14.5M) or desire to learn,

What You Will Learn:
Creo, cPDM (Common PDM), Winchill, and other training opportunities within the RTX learning center.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related (STEM) field
Experience with ANSI drawing standards.
Experience Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing, ASME Y14.5M
Experience with electronic packaging.
Experience may be obtained through on‑the‑job experience, research, coursework, or projects.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Proficiency with CREO or similar 3D solid modeling software.
Exposure to RF principles, RF circuit card design, RF materials, manufacturing and producibility.
Exposure to high-frequency environments, enclosure design, EMI shielding, and thermal management.
Exposure to manufacturing processes for CCAs, metal housings, and brazements, or experience in manufacturing and assembly support.
Strong technical background with high technical aptitude.Hands-on mechanical project experience.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
Clearance Information: This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. The salary range for this role is 62,900 USD - 119,700 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
