As a Physical Therapist at this clinic, you will provide comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for a diverse outpatient caseload. You will use a combination of therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training to help patients reach their goals.
You will collaborate closely with other therapists, support staff, and referring providers to ensure coordinated, high-quality care. The caseload will reflect a mix of active adults, student athletes, and general orthopedic patients, offering exposure to a broad spectrum of diagnoses and functional levels.
Patient volume and scheduling are designed to balance productivity with quality, allowing you to provide attentive, individualized care while maintaining efficiency. Exact shifts and schedules may vary based on clinic hours and patient demand, but are structured to support both patient access and clinician work-life balance.
The clinic features modern treatment spaces and equipment tailored to orthopedic and sports rehabilitation. Treatment areas may include open gym space, private treatment rooms, and dedicated zones for performance training and functional exercise.
