Restaurant Cook- Overnight

Hank’s is looking for a skilled and reliable Cook to join our kitchen team! We serve up delicious food in a fast-paced, fun, and team-oriented environment. As a Cook at Hank’s, you’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality food, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring every dish meets our standards.
Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items to order, ensuring consistency and quality
Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following food safety and sanitation guidelines
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with the kitchen team
Assist with prep work, stocking, and closing duties as needed
Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person
Ability to work in a high-energy, team-oriented environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
