Head of Project Management (Construction)

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Project Executive/Operations leader with a proven track record delivering large-scale ground-up construction projects across multifamily, healthcare, and higher education sectors. This individual will play a key role in overseeing major projects, strengthening client relationships, and driving successful project execution throughout the region.

Provide executive-level oversight for large, complex ground-up construction projects.

Manage project teams to ensure successful delivery of schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives.

Oversee projects within multifamily, healthcare, higher education, commercial, and public-sector markets.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.

Support business growth through operational leadership and strategic project execution.

Mentor and develop project management and field teams while promoting best practices across the organization.

Drive project planning, risk management, and resource allocation efforts.

Extensive experience delivering ground-up construction projects.

Significant project experience within multifamily, healthcare, and/or higher education markets.

Proven leadership experience on large-scale construction projects.

Strong tenure with reputable general contractors or construction management firms.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Wood-frame multifamily construction experience.

Experience competing against or working for leading regional and national contractors.

History of successfully managing multiple large projects or portfolios simultaneously.
