Parking Services Ambassador - Garage

Shift Needed: Full-time Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Paid training: No experience? The Parking Ambassadors are the frontline personnel responsible for greeting, engaging and interacting with all customers, assisting with troubleshooting electronic payment method, providing EXCELLENT customer service and maintaining a high-level of engagement throughout customer interactions.

Lot / Facility Operations:

Assisting guests with pay to valet cell phone technology

Providing exceptional customer service

Customer Service:

Promote good customer relations by consistently providing exceptional customer service with a professional and friendly demeanor, positive attitude, and willingness to help at all times.

Resolve customer service issues or questions as needed or refer the situation to a supervisor for resolution.

Meet and greet customer with courtesy and great customer service.

Understand how to handle the different types of customers and where to direct them.

Ability to speak, read, and comprehend the English language.

1 year in a customer service role - Preferred

Previous experience working in outdoor/extreme weather conditions preferred.

Reporting of all incidents in accordance with company policies

Ability bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
