Full-Time Remote Attorney

Contract Litigation Attorney (California Licensed) Ghassemian Law Group, APC Ghassemian Law Group, APC is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our growing team on a contract basis, with the potential to transition into a full-time role. We are looking for a California-licensed attorney with 5+ years of litigation experience, preferably in business, construction, or real estate disputes. Our attorneys are supported by a dedicated administrative and litigation support staff, allowing them to focus on strategy, advocacy, and client success. • Contract position with potential for full-time employment • Remote or hybrid work options • Competitive compensation • Engaging and challenging litigation matters • Supportive team culture and strong administrative support • Opportunity for long-term growth with a well-established and expanding law firm Responsibilities: • Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution • Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery • Conduct legal research and case analysis • Attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and settlement conferences • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court • Develop litigation strategies and assist in achieving favorable outcomes Qualifications: • Active California Bar license in good standing • Minimum 5 years of litigation experience • Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills • Experience managing cases independently • Comfortable utilizing modern legal technology and case management systems • Professional, organized, and client-focused Compensation: $100 per hour
