Head of Product Innovation

We’re building the next generation of automotive advertising and marketing technology and are seeking a Product Manager I to drive product development and execution. You will work closely with engineering, design, operations, and sales to define product direction, prioritize development, and ensure successful delivery. This role requires strong product ownership, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions within the ad tech and martech ecosystem.

Define, document, and prioritize product requirements aligned to business goals and customer needs.

Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with engineering during sprint planning and execution.

Analyze product performance, usage data, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align product strategy with go-to-market plans.

Drive product launches, including coordination of messaging, documentation, and enablement materials.

Continuously refine product strategy based on feedback, data, and evolving market conditions.

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in product management and/or digital advertising, marketing, or advertising technology roles.

Experience in automotive, digital advertising, or marketing technology strongly preferred.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.

Proven ability to manage product backlogs, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in agile environments.

Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, DV360, GMP) preferred.

Experience with product and project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Productboard, Trello, etc.).

Strong ownership mindset with a focus on building scalable, high-impact products.
