CNC Programmer
Meyer Utility Structures, an Arcosa company, is currently seeking a CNC Programmer for our plant located in Hager City, WI. As a CNC Programmer, you will develop, evaluate, and improve the production processes and methodologies used to manufacture new and existing products. This position will focus on the CNC programming and provide problem-solving support to production.

Develop, maintain and improve manufacturing processes to meet customer requirements
Effectively create and troubleshoot CNC programs for the designated machines
Provide CNC expertise to support the manufacturing floor
Provide support to the engineering team to improve quality, manufacturability and cost performance
Experience with CAM Software (Mastercam, Sigma Nest, etc.)
Support quality systems and customer certification initiatives by participating in project teams for continuous improvement
Follow established safety and environmental procedures to ensure a clean, safe work environment
Help develop, maintain and improve departmental measures
Design and program in-house fixturing and test parts
Provide support and collaborate with Materials Department
High school diploma or equivalent with 5 years of related experience
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects
Solid Works experience desired
Experience in Robotic weld programming preferred
Comprehensive knowledge of metals manufacturing and tooling
Nesting and CAM experience with PrimeCutNE, Prime Tower and Pronest along with Masterccam and AutoCAD desired
Experience with plasma/ laser CNC programming
