Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Care Coordinator Digestive and Liver

Job Type: Full-Time | 1.0 FTE or 80 hours/pp | Salaried/Exempt

Schedule: 8-hour Day shifts, M-F, 7:30a 4p or 8a 4:30p

As an RN Coordinator, you'll play a key role in care coordination, patient education, triage, and collaboration with providers to deliver seamless, high-quality care. A Clinic Care Coordinator RN who excels in this role:

Coordinates staff scheduling, educational/development activities, and performance evaluations.

Performs quality assurance studies and assists with implementation of QA/QI initiatives.

Serves as a resource to staff and external contacts on issues related to patient care, patient flow and clinical standards, policies and procedures.

Monitors departmental compliance with applicable requirements, including accreditation, legal, and The Joint Commission.

Applicants should have a current Michigan RN license and possess an associate's degree from an accredited nursing school (bachelor's preferred).

Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP)

Five (4) years of healthcare experience
