We are seeking an Estimator who enjoys solving complex challenges, evaluating project opportunities, and contributing directly to company growth.

Fully office-based role with minimal travel
We are seeking an Estimator to support telecom, low-voltage, structured cabling, fiber, and construction-related projects.
This role will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates, reviewing project drawings and specifications, soliciting subcontractor pricing, evaluating project risks, and supporting successful project execution.
Prepare complete project estimates and bid packages
Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements
Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analysis
Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing
Analyze labor, material, and equipment costs
Identify project risks and pricing opportunities
Participate in project handoffs to operations teams
Collaborate with project managers and field leadership
Telecom, low-voltage, structured cabling, or fiber experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and estimating software
Structured cabling experience
Fiber optic construction experience
Union construction experience
Experience supporting commercial projects
Fully onsite office position with little to no travel required.
